REACH Foundation provides supervised, hands-on work experience opportunities to support skill development for youth, offering them transferable work & life skills as they transition to community-based placements or future educational opportunities. Through our program, youth gain valuable experience in bike maintenance, soap-making, woodworking, and gardening. In addition, youth also learn practical skills like working with others, communication, problem-solving. They also earn boosts to their confidence and self-esteem, which everyone deserves.
